Il PL Space Center \u00e8 una struttura avanzata sviluppata da PrimaLuceLab per dimostrare le proprie innovative tecnologie e coinvolgere il pubblico attraverso attivit\u00e0 educative e di divulgazione. Integra telescopi professionali \u2013 sia ottici che radio \u2013 per esplorare l\u2019Universo dalla Terra e ispirare le nuove generazioni offrendo esperienze pratiche con la scienza dello Spazio. La fase di preparazione ha previsto il preciso allineamento e il fissaggio della struttura di supporto, per garantire la stabilit\u00e0 meccanica a lungo termine. Il rotore d&#8217;antenna \u00e8 stato poi fissato, formando una stabile base necessaria per inseguire le sorgenti radio nel cielo con elevata precisione di puntamento. La precisa movimentazione e l\u2019uso di attrezzature professionali hanno garantito sicurezza e integrit\u00e0 strutturale durante questa fase delicata dell\u2019installazione.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7154\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SPIDER-300A-MarkII-radio-telescope-installed-in-PL-Space-Center-at-Polo-Tecnologico-Alto-Adriatico-technology-center-image2.jpg\" alt=\"SPIDER 300A MarkII radio telescope installed in PL Space Center at Polo Tecnologico Alto Adriatico technology center\" width=\"1000\" height=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il passaggio successivo ha riguardato l\u2019assemblaggio della parabola a rete WEB300-5 da 3 metri del radiotelescopio SPIDER 300A MarkII. Questa antenna \u00e8 progettata per offrire alto guadagno e prestazioni ottimali alla frequenza di 1420 MHz, corrispondente all&#8217;emissione radio della riga dell\u2019idrogeno neutro, riducendo al minimo la resistenza al vento grazie alla struttura a rete ad alta precisione. I singoli segmenti in alluminio sono stati uniti con un preciso allineamento per assicurare la precisione della superficie riflettente, fondamentale per la rilevazione di deboli segnali radio provenienti dallo spazio. Il design leggero ma robusto della parabola consente movimenti fluidi e un funzionamento stabile anche in ambienti esterni esposti agli agenti atmosferici.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7154\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SPIDER-300A-MarkII-radio-telescope-installed-in-PL-Space-Center-at-Polo-Tecnologico-Alto-Adriatico-technology-center-image3.jpg\" alt=\"SPIDER 300A MarkII radio telescope installed in PL Space Center at Polo Tecnologico Alto Adriatico technology center\" width=\"1000\" height=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dopo l\u2019assemblaggio della parabola, il team ha montato il feed H-FEED, progettato appositamente per la frequenza di 1420 MHz, installato al primo fuoco della parabola utilizzando appositi bracci di supporto. Il feed rappresenta il cuore del sistema ricevente: raccoglie i segnali radio riflessi dalla superficie a rete e li trasmette all\u2019amplificatore a basso rumore e al ricevitore. L\u2019allineamento preciso e la stabilit\u00e0 meccanica del feed sono elementi critici per assicurare la massima efficienza e qualit\u00e0 del segnale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7154\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SPIDER-300A-MarkII-radio-telescope-installed-in-PL-Space-Center-at-Polo-Tecnologico-Alto-Adriatico-technology-center-image4.jpg\" alt=\"SPIDER 300A MarkII radio telescope installed in PL Space Center at Polo Tecnologico Alto Adriatico technology center\" width=\"1000\" height=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una volta completato l\u2019assemblaggio di parabola e feed, l\u2019intera antenna da 3 metri \u00e8 stata installata sulla testa del rotore d&#8217;antenna. Questo passaggio ha richiesto un attento bilanciamento per distribuire equamente il peso dell\u2019antenna attorno agli assi di movimento. Successivamente, sono stati aggiunti contrappesi per garantire la stabilit\u00e0 dinamica durante i movimenti e le lunghe sessioni di inseguimento. Questa fase ha segnato il completamento dell\u2019assemblaggio meccanico dello SPIDER 300A MarkII, preparandolo per l\u2019integrazione dei sistemi elettronici e di controllo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7154\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/SPIDER-300A-MarkII-radio-telescope-installed-in-PL-Space-Center-at-Polo-Tecnologico-Alto-Adriatico-technology-center-image5.jpg\" alt=\"SPIDER 300A MarkII radio telescope installed in PL Space Center at Polo Tecnologico Alto Adriatico technology center\" width=\"1000\" height=\"650\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per consentire il controllo remoto e l\u2019acquisizione dati, il ricevitore H142-PRO e l\u2019elettronica di controllo dello SPIDER 300A MarkII sono stati installati all\u2019interno di un rack da esterni, posizionato vicino al radiotelescopio. Questa configurazione comprende il ricevitore H142-PRO, il controller Radio-over-Fiber e le interfacce di rete per la connettivit\u00e0 remota. Inoltre, sul rack \u00e8 stato installato un sensore di vento per monitorare le condizioni meteorologiche in tempo reale. In particolare, il team di PrimaLuceLab pu\u00f2 monitorare e gestire il radiotelescopio direttamente dalla propria sede, situata a pochi chilometri dal PL Space Center.
