Gestito dall&#8217;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.inaf.it\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INAF Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica<\/a> e dall&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.asi.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ASI Agenzia Spaziale Italiana<\/a>, SRT \u00e8 utilizzato per la radioastronomia e le scienze spaziali con una copertura in frequenza fino a 115 GHz. Ora i radioastronomi utilizzeranno anche lo SPIDER 300A da 3 metri di diametro per scopi didattici, mostrando a visitatori e studenti come un radiotelescopio registra dati di radioastronomia e crea spettri, cross-scans o mappe radio!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3jrXpT6QC1w?rel=0\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il radiotelescopio SPIDER 300A \u00e8 stato installato vicino al Sardinia Radio Telescope ed \u00e8 controllato da una vicina sala di controllo che consente ai ricercatori di controllarlo a distanza anche tramite Internet. Nella foto sotto, dall&#8217;alto, potete vedere l&#8217;unit\u00e0 di controllo e alimentazione RCPU-100 che fornisce alimentazione alla montatura e permette il controllo remoto della posizione dell&#8217;antenna, il sensore vento ultrasonico USWIND che parcheggia automaticamente l&#8217;antenna in posizione di stow se il vento supera i 50 km\/h, il kit fibra ottica RoF-SPIDER per radiotelescopi SPIDER e il ricevitore per radioastronomia H142-One a 1420 MHz (radiometro con 50 MHz di banda istantanea e spettrometro a 1024 canali).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4665 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/SPIDER-300A-installed-near-Sardinia-Radio-Telescope-article2.jpg\" alt=\"SPIDER 300A installed near Sardinia Radio Telescope (SRT)\" width=\"1000\" height=\"665\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dopo che il team di PrimaLuceLab ha completato l&#8217;installazione, l&#8217;antenna SPIDER 300A \u00e8 stata allineata alle sorgenti radio in cielo e abbiamo iniziato una sessione di formazione. Abbiamo mostrato le funzionalit\u00e0 del software RadioUniversePRO, la suite di radioastronomia che abbiamo appositamente progettato per controllare i radiotelescopi SPIDER, e abbiamo avviato diverse acquisizioni. \u00c8 stato fantastico vedere con i ricercatori che il sistema di controllo del radiotelescopio SPIDER funziona in modo simile a quello del Sardinia Radio Telescope, anche ovviamente se l&#8217;antenna \u00e8 MOLTO pi\u00f9 piccola! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4663 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/SPIDER-300A-installed-near-Sardinia-Radio-Telescope-article3.jpg\" alt=\"SPIDER 300A installed near Sardinia Radio Telescope (SRT)\" width=\"1000\" height=\"665\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la sessione di training abbiamo anche acquisito la &#8220;prima luce&#8221; del radiotelescopio SPIDER 300A installato nei pressi del Sardinia Radio Telescope (SRT), registrando due radiomappe del Sole e di Cassiopea A che potete vedere nella immagine sotto.
