Il team PrimaLuceLab ha completato l&#8217;installazione e registrato la prima luce!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qnkM9JZMGVg?rel=0\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il radiotelescopio SPIDER 300A \u00e8 stato spedito presso la sede del South African Astronomical Observatory in due casse da imballaggio progettate per una sicura spedizione dello strumento. Il radiotelescopio \u00e8 stato fissato sulla fondazione che \u00e8 stata appositamente realizzata sulla base del progetto fornito da PrimaLuceLab.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2313\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2313\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2313 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/articolo-spider300s-south-african-astronomical-observatory-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2313\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Le casse da imballaggio del radiotelescopio SPIDER 300A spedite presso la sede del South African Astronomical Observatory<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La grande colonna \u00e8 stata fissata sulla fondazione grazie a 4 barre filettate ed \u00e8 stata regolata perfettamente a bolla. Quindi, utilizzando un apposito strumento per il sollevamento, la grande montatura WP-100 (che pesa 200 kg e offre una elevata precisione di inseguimento e puntamento, con una capacit\u00e0 di carico di 100 kg) \u00e8 stata installata sulla colonna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2315\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2315\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2315 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/articolo-spider300s-south-african-astronomical-observatory-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"638\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2315\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Installazione della montatura WP-100 sulla colonna<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anche l&#8217;antenna da 3 metri di diametro \u00e8 stata spedita preassemblata al South African Astronomical Observatory\u00a0quindi l&#8217;assemblaggio \u00e8 semplice. L&#8217;antenna dispone di un apposito illuminatore ottimizzato per i 1420 MHz e di 4 supporti posteriori per l&#8217;installazione sulla montatura con la massima rigidit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2322\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2322\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2322 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/articolo-spider300s-south-african-astronomical-observatory-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2322\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Assemblaggio dell&#8217;antenna da 3 metri di diametro<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;intera antenna \u00e8 costruita in alluminio ed \u00e8 molto leggera: in questo modo pu\u00f2 essere sollevata sopra la testa della montatura da 4 persone senza la necessit\u00e0 di usare altri strumenti. L&#8217;antenna viene fissata sulla piastra superiore della montatura utilizzando 4 viti M10 per un supporto meccanico perfettamente stabile.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2326\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2326\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2326 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/articolo-spider300s-south-african-astronomical-observatory-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2326\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">L&#8217;antenna dello SPIDER 300A installata sulla montatura<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il team PrimaLuceLab ha anche effettuato l&#8217;installazione di tutti i cavi dati e di alimentazione che connettono gli elementi esterni di SPIDER 300A (antenna e montatura) alla sala di controllo dove sono installati il ricevitore, gli alimentatori e i computer di controllo. I cavi vengono inseriti in un&#8217;apposita canalina e protetti al centro della grande colonna del radiotelescopio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2328\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2328\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2328 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/articolo-spider300s-south-african-astronomical-observatory-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2328\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Preparando tutti i cavi di controllo e alimentazione che connettono l&#8217;antenna e la montatura del radiotelescopio alla sala di controllo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nella sala di controllo, il team PrimaLuceLab ha installato in un rack da 19&#8243; il ricevitore per radioastronomia H142-One, l&#8217;unit\u00e0 di controllo e alimentazione del radiotelescopio, l&#8217;unit\u00e0 di controllo e alimentazione del sensore di vento UltraSonic\u00a0(che parcheggia lo SPIDER 300A in posizione di stow quando il vento supera i 50 km\/h) e il computer di controllo con il software RadioUniversePRO.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2330\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2330\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2330 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/articolo-spider300s-south-african-astronomical-observatory-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2330\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Il ricevitore H142-One per 1420 MHz, le unit\u00e0 di controllo e alimentazione del radiotelescopio e il computer con il software RadioUniversePRO installati nella sala di controllo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Infine, sono stati collegati all&#8217;illuminatore ottimizzato per 1420 MHz i 2 LNA (SPIDER 300A ha 2 LNA, uno per la polarizzazione circolare sinistra e una la destra) e il generatore di rumore NSgen per la calibrazione assoluta. Tutti i cavi sono stati fissati ai supporti anteriore e posteriori dell&#8217;antenna per garantire una perfetta gestione dei cavi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2333\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2333\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2333 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.primalucelab.it\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/articolo-spider300s-south-african-astronomical-observatory-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"600\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2333\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Installando gli LNA e il generatore di rumore<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Il radiotelescopio SPIDER 300A \u00e8 ora pronto e, anche se abbiamo avuto giorni molto ventosi a Citt\u00e0 del Capo (una cosa abbastanza normale in questa parte del Sudafrica!) abbiamo registrato la prima luce del radiotelescopio con una radiomappa del Sole.
